Care for people and planet

Triodos's care for planet and people is exemplified by its customer service: you get a real human being when you call! It is great to have a bank that shares my values. I know my money is doing good, such as investing in renewable energy, regenerative farming and building communities. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

You speak to a real human being when you call customer service. No listening to endless recorded messages leading nowhere. Praise be to Triodos who understands the human value of a customer.
