I've always been able to get through to a human

I've always been able to get through to a human being when I've needed to. They've always been helpful, and able to sort out my issues. It feels good knowing that my money is being used to actively do good, rather than merely avoiding evil, or, more likely with most of the high street banks, being actively invested in wicked things like armaments and things that deepen and hasten the climate change emergency. Does what it says on the tin

Good online experience, and you can get in touch with a real human being when you need one. Most important thing is that Triodos is an ethical bank. You know your money is not being used to fund climate devastation, rainforest clearance or the arms trade. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
