Leading ethically and customer friendly

On-line is not my forte, yet I manage to have an on-line account because advice on the phone has been helpful and the access is a lot simpler than other customer organisations! Reviewed on: 19th January 2023

clearly committed to caring for planet and people

Have opened two different on-line accounts with Triodos, not with making much interest in mind but knowing savings are deposited with a bank that actively carries out ethical aspirations in relation to the environment and climate which desperately need comprehensive care, and recognising that people are to be valued. The assistance and answering questions by staff on the phone was very helpful and not over the top trying to sell products. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
