Consistently good personal service.

In all the years I’ve been with Triodos Online Banking, I have only once been disappointed, and that was when, in line with all other banks, they had to withdraw their PAYG Mobile phone service. Otherwise, they have been truly a delight to have as my bank, both with advice and overall personal attention. I am also pleased to know that my savings will not be used for anything other than life-enhancing projects. No one nor anything will be hurt due their undertakings. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Unfailingly PRESENT, even throughout lockdown...KIND, LISTENING, HELPFUL TRIODOS.

In my adult life (I’m now 80 minus one month! I have never found a bank who stood out and equalled customer care, listening, always present over the phone and a great online banking site. Their ethics set my mind at rest and I rejoice at the help they are giving to new ethical and environmental ventures, education etc. There is nothing not to be pleased about with this bank! I can choose to be magnanimous or cautious with my investments....able to give or to receive and to know that absolutely no harm to life will come from the money I invest.Thank you Triodos.
