The competitive products that have been on offer have encouraged me to put more money in than is covered by the compensation scheme.

The telephone is nearly always answered without any undue delay. It is easy to give instructions by phone which makes life easier. The savings products, in my experience, have always been competitive. Details about investments and new applications are clear and statements are issued at the right times.
