I apid my bill and cancelled card Weeks later I get a demand for hte full amountplus £25 in fines andlate fees etc.

The service is lousy. I could not set up the card in my bank's payments. The bank blocked access to my account for ten days. This happened twice. My bank stopped paying SO for water and tax. DEspite paying in full I later received a demand from JAJA for the full amount plus £25 in fines and fees etc, I complained and am being ignored. I am considering going to Action Fraud.
