new first time investment simple process easy to follow and track

I opened a Close Brothers new 2 year fixed rate ISA with this years allowance using money from matured growth bonds with a Provider that no longer allows access to the funds and transferred previous years matured ISA money from a Provider with a lower interest rate into same new ISA account with Close Brothers who I chose because of the higher interest rate access to the funds and recommendation by investment experts to be reliable and trustworthy. The application and registration process was simple to follow especially for someone of older years who is not fully technically minded staff at Close Brothers advised on how to complete the online process and all was confirmed by email when funds were deposited and by post in detail to confirm completion of the transaction. I have easy access to my online account so I can regularly check on my investment I am very satisfied with the entire process and friendly competent service I have received from the investment team.
