Triodos - a bank for life.

I have banked with Triodos for well over a decade, first as a saver, then as one of the pioneer customers for their new current account. This was offered after extensive testing - Triodos are very security conscious. This is one reason my money always feels safe with them. The other reason is their very strong ethical stance on investing. I feel that the planet is in good hands when they invest my money. Just over a year ago, after my husband died and I needed to change our joint accounts to my name only, they were most sympathetic and helpful, so the whole process was easy, at a time when I had so many awful things to deal with. The difference between Triodos and the other bank we had an account with, in terms of processes around bereavement, was tremendous. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

World's best bank

I have saved with Triodos for more than 25 years, and was an early adopter of their current account after being with High Street banks for years. They are a strongly and consistently ethical bank that looks after your money and the communities they serve with the greatest care. Their customer service is the best in my admittedly limited experience - I don't often have to contact them because everything runs smoothly. I cannot envisage banking anywhere else.
