Providing support in so many ways.

To have an account with an ethical bank, that also enables me to contribute in an additional way via it to a charity I already support, when I can without any pressure to do more when I can't, is more than a double whammy! Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

An oasis is a desert of non-transparency.

For decades now, this account has been there for me as and when I have wanted it for varied reasons over the years, chiefly as a means to direct what savings I have away from far less ethical and relatively non-transparent high street banks. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

An all-round excellent provider.

Easy to use. I feel confident that my savings are safe (as proven in the last financial crisis) and put to ethical, greater good use. I feel like a valued customer, not just a 'number'. Choices can be made based on clear, informed communications. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Happy on every front

I have been with Triodos Bank for decades for environmental reasons and have no hesitation in recommending them due to environmental, ethical and customer service reasons. I was also very happy with their results during the financial crisis. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Triodos' very happy first online banking customer!

I joined Triodos when we could only bank with them by post. When I asked if they had plans to have online banking, I was asked if I would like to be their 'guinea pig' first online banking customer. I couldn't have been happier to be. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
