Friendly staff, great for families

Barclays have been fantastic since I switched to them 3 years ago. They're family friendly, providing advice and helping my teenage son set up his own account. It's easy to contact them and manage my account via their app and I feel positive that my details are secure. In my local branch, all the staff are welcoming and quick to help. Great bank.
