Knowledgeable down to earth staff who treat me well as a client

I have always had positive experiences with Metro Bank. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to go the extra mile if I require statements printed or to cash it a lot of change, or answer any queries I may have. They are very knowledgeable and resourceful and keep me informed of any waiting times or issues. The mobile app they set me up with has been a real lifesaver to me. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021
