I can honestly say I always walk away with a smile on my face iv never had problems with this bank, customer service is amazing always smiling happy and welcoming now what more could you ask for? Overall would recommend highly, extremely happy with my current account and my sons savings account. Not to mention metro have always stopped unusual transactions before they come out.
