Online Banking a Doddle. Customer Support Excellent.

Having used Metro's Current Account Switch Service, almost seven years ago, I could not fault them in any Department, whether online or inshop. Their online security is probably the best of all the financial institutions. I have absolutely no reason to think of switching my account to any other Bank, regardless of their "incentives".
