Staff are amazing and products are exceptional.

Whether enquiring about cover or claiming for an upsetting event, the staff have empathy and are incredibly polite and friendly. They answer emails quickly and professionally. They also offer products that fit with your needs - you never feel like you are being taken for granted or being ripped off. I recommend them to my friends and colleagues (in fact everyone I meet who has a pet!) consistently. I feel safe in the knowledge that my lovely dog Daisy is covered :) Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great People to do Banking with!

The on-line banking platform is very easy to use and efficient and whenever you phone the customer services they are incredibly helpful, professional and calm (they also don't make you feel stupid when you have done something silly!).
