Old fashioned banking returns with a modern feel

As soon as you enter the branch you are met with a genuinely friendly face. They find out what you needs are and direct you to the correct member of staff. Opening a bank account is easy. A one to one session with another friendly member of staff in a spacious open plan modern area, who will go through everything with you in plain English. My new current account card was in front of me within 5 minutes of concluding our business. We had also set up my pin and online account there and then. No waiting 5 days for two different letters to arrive. Bliss. As I left having concluded my business, the member of staff who had greeted me said cheerio using my name. 10 minutes later, I used my new card and pin to buy some products. How quick is that? Metro, where you are made to feel like a valued customer and more. I can't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
