Long forms but helpful stafff

I've been with Natwest bank since i was old enough to get a bank account, i do really like my Bank, whenever i'm in need of assistance they're always ready to help setting up my student bank account was a nightmare and one lady spent over an hour helping my fill in all these forms! thank you Natwest!
