Everything from the app to customer services and postage through to security... its all there...! Having used customer services to assist in my enquiries, fast dispatch of my step child's first contactless debit card and use of the app, I have to recommend this service to its highest degree. A fantastic service that does exactly what it's supposed too - teach kids about the value of money! Thoroughly impressed and will be hard to beat in my eyes. 10/10 for professionalism, ease, cost, infrastructure and my step kids happiness (he's all to eager to have had his first debit card and save and spend his own money).
