Good customer service

Good customer service and able to do everything on line which was useful during pandemic. Shame general saving rates are so low, but metro were always very competitive so hopefully rates will go back up soon Reviewed on: 20th June 2021

Great Bank - Friendly Staff good straightforward products

Have had a Fixed rate savings account with Metro bank for 3 years. Staff very friendly and informed, happy with the product and recommended to other members of my family who also opened savings accounts with Metro. Shame the interest rates have fallen so sharply but that is the situation with all banks at the moment and I would rather stick to a bank with good service and hope the rates go up again next year!
