After switching from a major high Street bank over 2 years ago I would like to convey my thoughts on the excellent service received in branch and via telephone customer services. To add to this have always received helpful prompt service in branch with regards to obtaining new cards, transfers and help with queries regarding hard copies of statements when required, along friendly staff this what banking should be like.
