I was with another well known high street bank for 20 years and they seem to no longer have any idea about customer service They have changed their opening times (Due to Covid 19_) which does not meet my needs and have for some reason cut their services which made it almost impossible for me to conclude my transactions But since I have been with Metro bank they cannot do enough for me as a customer they make me valued as a customer and understand my needs and wants as a customer, from a bank The staff are very welcoming and can't do enough for me both in branch and on the phone I look forward to 20 years with Metro bank Reviewed on: 9th March 2021
