Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Better than your average bank Bo-bo

Having moved from RBS, where I had been for 25+ years and having gotten tired of their lacklustre approach to (my) business banking and having failed to ever enjoyed their clunky banking app. I was then advised that RBS were looking to unload their buinsess accounts and was invited to aproach 'challanger banks, where- were I to be successful in obtaining business banking - I'd get a welcome in 'payment' too. Whats not to like - So I took the plunge and made an appointment with the local branch business team manager and had a very positive meeting. The following week I switched all my buinsess and personal banking ( 5 accounts) to MetroBank, after a couple of buinsess colleagues had given it great reviews. Never expecting a banking switch to go well I was very impressed how seamless it was and how attentive the branch ( store!) was. All in all - never happier - WIth their UK based call centre - as and when I need to move money that I cant on the app or on line - they are also superb. Caring and professional I think they making my business run better. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021
