Easy to work with

And there I was frustrated. I'd been swayed by the sales pitch and changed to an online bank only to find the pitch didn't match reality, didn't come close. So I switched again to Metro Bank. I turned up for my appointment, everything ran to time. The pre meeting brief ensured I brought all the right documents, the account opening was smooth and easy with no surprises. With the account open and the switch over complete with no stress I started to use my business account. Support has been great. Service has been courteous and quick. Happy...you bet.
