A bank which works for the customer

Very easy to set up an account. On line security is best of all banks I use. One can do transactions when I want to do them, not haveing to wait until Monday if it is a weekend. When I do speak to staff they are friendly and helpful. Also when I do phone I don't have to wait hanging on the phone for ever. Metro Bank beat the old high street banks hands down.
