Absolutely abhorent Customer service.

As I am currently shielding as I am suffering the effects of Long covid, I asked my son, who lives with us to pay cash into my savings. My savings need to be built up as i may not be able to return to work for some time. The sum was £195, however, the Staff were refusing to allow him to pay into MY account. He explained the situation and they had the audacity to ask for a copy of MY shielding Letter which contains Medical (in confidence), Information. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this outfit! I will now be closing my accounts. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
