App easy to use. Phoning customer service via the app works well with no delays and queries answered promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Easy to Save

The Chip app is easy to navigate and to view your savings, including the bonus amount and when it will be paid. It makes it easy to save a regular amount based on your risk level and other criteria such as minimum bank account amount. When you are know you cannot save for any reason, you can skip the automatic saving function. I recommend Chip due to the visibility of what I have saved and that I can set up a regular, automatic savings plan. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
