So grateful for human contact and no self service

I love our metro bank . I Love that when I walk in I get greeted and I am always dealt with by staff face to face and I am never offered a self service machine as an alternative . I love that we can visit at extended hours . I love the coin facility and ability to get a cash float without having to book in advance . I love the little things - dog biscuits , pens , toilet . Accessible , easy , approachable

The ease of banking for extended opening hours and direct access to a team member whether on the phone or in branch is a huge benefit . Never a quibble over obtaining a coin float , never a problem to pay items in or out , direct line to branch and not a call centre . Emails answered directly by personnel in branch . face to face contact as oppose to machine use in branch . Always staff available to help . I really cannot over-enthuse about our experience with our branch in Brighton . Simple things like - lost or broken card - instant printing of replacement . Easy Easy banking .
