From start to finish

Trying to switch our business account during a Pandemic seemed near on impossible until we approached Metro Bank. From the initial application straight through to card activation we received nothing but the best in customer service. The online process itself was simple and clear and when we did go into branch (Solihull) we were treated like the most important people in the branch. I can not praise them enough.
