Terrible Experience - Avoid!

Bought insurance to cover a trip which was cancelled due to airline cancelling flights - it took nearly 6 months to get a decision or response from Yellow Jersey and their underwriter in which they decided against us. Avoid as refused to accept liability despite T&Cs advising able to claim if flights cancelled and not your fault. No apologies, awful customer service & 6 months of chasing has left me & our group out of pocket and disappointed! Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
