Good interest rate in comparison

Opened as best savings interest of the day. Been reduced regularly since but still slightly better than the rest. Only gripe would be to add a SMS authentication option as well as automated call - not.everone can take a call! Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Difficult login requirements

Initially terrible login system which constantly locked you out and requiring a call and wait for security to be reset. Later updated system much better, so guess they listened.to their customers. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Untrustworthy establishment

Breach of contract by giving under the implied notice on a notice account and then making errors leading to a formal complaint being issued. Shocking so called back, that I won't return to! Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Constant logon issues on any device

Well, probably one of the worst internet bank experiences out there, that only kept me as a customer with keen interest rates. Now that's gone, so have I, as I suspect many others will. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
