Review of the Triodos Bank, Current account:

They tell you what they're doing with your money!

For me it's deeply important to know what my money's supporting while it's held by a bank. And Triodos are absolute pioneers of actually telling us exactly what they're doing with it. That's simply unique and means that I'm delighted to hold my current account with them, knowing that together we're contributing towards the world I want to live in. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Such a delight to bank with

Knowing that my savings are in support of such an outstanding organisation means a lot to me, in a world where money tends to go hand-in-hand with exploitation. My only misgiving would be the amounts the building society's directors are paid, but the limit on the ratio between the highest and lowest earners is at least somewhat more radical than the rest of the industry. That aside, it's an organisation I'm proud to save with, and which also offers robust interest during these tumultuous times. Just outstanding. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
