Brilliant to deal with

I am customer who has a self build mortgage with Ecology. They are absolutely brilliant to deal with and made the process of self building my home easy from a funding perspective. I always get to speak to a knowledgeable human, they are always sensible & flexible in their approach. Covid didn’t seem to affect their service delivery. Always impressive, friendly, helpful. I’ve recommended them continuously to fellow self builders. They have proven that a UK based bank/building society can easily deliver a good service, something that most seem unable to do.
