MetroBank is efficient, effective and customer focused

From the word go, Metrobank has lived up to its reputation as a better way to bank. Staff appreciate my needs rather than trying to tell me that I can't do something because it is not in their system. It's modern banking with the right security but good old fashioned customer service. Reviewed on: 10th April 2021

Bloody Brilliant

Everything worked as it shoud have with the Business Banking Switch. The Metrobank advisor was confident, well informed and totally proficient. Also, unusual for a bank these days, customer focused in all he did. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
