A refreshingly modern way to bank

I love the personal customer service experience. No being fobbed off with things going to 'head office'. I like that you are greeted on your arrival at the bank and directed to where you need to be. They are always helpful, professional and deal with your queries however trivial, as equally important. Internet security is good and I feel my money and my data is safe.
