Friendly, helpful, thorough and quick

We are self builders who needed more capital than expected, Ecology understood the situation, responded quickly and helpfully. Plain English paperwork, sensible and thorough questions and checks but always supportive of our modern construction methods and energy efficiency goals. Their pro-active customer service also makes them a delight to deal with once the mortgage is approved. Excellent all round! Reviewed on: 12th March 2021
