Vernon Hill created a bank for customer, I was initially won over by the "revolutionary" opening hours and love the fact that phones are answered by people, not machine and matters are resolved efficiently, simply and quickly. I especially want to highlight the best bank manager, Sam Brown, who navigated and assisted us during difficult Covid times. Well done Metro! Reviewed on: 12th March 2021
