Just what you want from a bank.

I have never had a problem with Santander in the 10 years I have been using them (very much unlike another bank I have used in the past!). They are always on hand to answer your questions and they are very upfront. When they changed my bank account from a graduate account to a basic current account they kept me updated via post regularly and all information was clear and in customer-speak.
