Great one stop saving shop with excellent look and feel

I've been with Chip since it was just an AI saving app. Since then I've added stocks and shares, even investment in sports cars to my portfolio. I don't know any other app that enables that for me. As well as an instant access account that isn't the highest interest, but still really good. The app experience, look and feel etc are all great too Reviewed on: 14th February 2024

From AI current account to leading one stop finance shop

I've been a Chip customer since the early days, and what they've achieved is great. Their initial unique selling point was to use open banking to calculate how much you could save without noticing, and put it away for you. That's great, but since then, I've invested in numerous funds with them, got a class leading interest rate for an instant access account, and invested in a Ferrari. The mind boggles. I love it. This "cardless" card is actually pretty cool

I don't think credit cards are the most glamorous financial product. But Bip makes the effort to be something different - something cool. While other companies are trying to use recycled plastic, Bip avoids the plastic entirely. Which makes sense, as I just load any card to my Google Pay anyway. Really helpful and friendly app and staff

I've been a customer of Chip for a few years now, and I've seen it grow in features and popularity. The interest rate is decent, and the selection of funds are really good to invest in. The app is very usable and I notice the optimisations when they go live. I miss the bonus payments they offered, but these things don't last forever. The staff, when I reach out, are responsive and friendly. I look forward to seeing where next. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

Great interest rates to reward existing customers

I've had a mixed experience with Lloyds over the years. But their current cash savings account is really useful at 2.5% interest for the year. And as it's open to existing Club Lloyds customers, it feels like a reward for loyalty. Rare in modern financial services. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021
