Helps control my teenagers spend

My 17 year old has learning difficulties and autism and this card gives her freedom to spend in a safer way. I have turned off being able to use it online and at ATM machines but she can use it in shops and the college canteen. If she had a bank card you cant control it and she would be financially exploited as this is what happened to her. The card also alerts me everytime she spends and where she is spending.
