Customer service

An ethical bank that provides exemplary customer service. After years of dealing with bureaucrats who had no interest in their customers, it was such a breath of fresh air to deal with Metro Bank staff. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Ethical, Friendly, Efficient

Whether online or in a branch office, there is always a feeling that one is being welcomed as a valuable partner. Especially when compared to my experiences in previous high-street banks, where I usually felt as a nuisance that was interrupting more important things. Problems and transfers are always resolved rapidly and efficiently. Best bank I have had (and I have had a few). Reviewed on: 14th March 2021
