They are very good in services and customer care.

I am an international student and contacted many other banks to open a personal account here but everything was failed. Not having a bank account I was struggling for so many things and even get a part time job. Then I came to know about The Metro Bank one day I went there and talk to their front office staff I think her name was Alexa in Maidstone branch. I said my needs she explained well, what are the procedures I have to do and everything was simple also I opened my account, got debit card and mobile app activation everything happened within 1 hour.
