Customers come first

The title says it all, Metro Bank and there stuff in all the branches I have come and visited, have been brilliant. The welcoming when coming into the store is spot on. The cueing is never long, and you don't have to wait long when you are ordering a new bank card. Internet banking is really good and secure. Seven days opening and the longer hours is really helpful, especially when you work 10 hours a day and can not get to a bank during the day. They do think of the customers and I would recommend them to anyone Reviewed on: 14th March 2021
