Poor customer service

I have been having a problem with my online banking since October last year. Despite many phone calls and several visits to the branch in High Wycombe the problem has not been fixed and I am unable to use it. Also, despite promises to do so, your staff never get back to me to report progress - or lack of it. I am seriously considering moving my account. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
