Major High Street banks could learn from you. Real people to speak to in this country if there is an issue. Which, thankfully, there are not many. One fantastic bonus is the warning that a DD or SO is due and that my account needs topping up to cover it. No-one else does that as far as I know. High Street banks could learn a lot from Cashplus

Never had a fault. Great customer service. You get a ping if there's not enough money to cover a due DD, instead of getting ripped off like other banks because I forgot. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
