Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Fabulous Bank

I would like to nominate Metro as the Bank of the Year because, they just provide the whole package. I can tell a great deal of thought went into this bank before they even opened and this is credit to the owners. It's not surprising they became popular and left other banks standing, as they are modern in their thinking and value their customers. The hours are more convenient and practical than other banks. The staff welcome customers when they walk in and dogs are allowed which gives a family atmosphere and stops people leaving them locked up in cars. If they are busy there is the option of drive through banking which is so easy. Always have car parking spaces and they are large ones so we don't risk scraping other cars. Staff are well trained and always helpful. Metro seem to love dogs because they cater for them too, with the treats available. Children are welcome and they have the money boxes to encouraging saving and lollies to keep them quiet.. And for us adults, there are reusable carrier bags, which helps the environment. Of course the pens come in handy at the office, Who doesn't like freebies? So refreshing to have such creativity in an institution that has a reputation of being fuddy duddy. Something that Metro can NEVER be accused of.! Well done all. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
