Courteous and convenient

Metro's bank's opening hours are brilliant for me as an independent retailer, their telephone banking service is efficient and polite and both the App and Desktop online banking have great functionality. I love that it is so easy to set up international transfer on the App! During the first lockdown the team at Guildford were incredibly helpful and solution lead. A minor query was immediately referred to the area manager with a telephone appointment and it was great to feel heard 'in person.' Reviewed on: 16th March 2021
