Brilliant

Basically they do everything at the Halesworth branch I would want from a building society. In today's market where everything is online with banks etc closing down , it's really good to be able to talk to a human, face to face. Also they update rate changes and other info immediately. Not left to you to try and find it on some high tech site not easy to navigate. Although they have an online system, the staff do not use this as an excuse like Nationwide to send you from pillar to post to carry out a simple task.
