I have been with the Suffolk BS (formerly Ipswich BS) for many years and I stay with them not only because they offer competitive products, but because of the very personal service I receive. They are very well respected in the area and demonstrably care about the local area - holding and supporting charitable events. They are a credit to our Town and County.
