So friendly

Lucy was amazing so friendly so knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour It was like talking to a friend! She explained everything clearly without using loads of jargon She was polite and patient dealing with our questions and queries and very professional and sorted out the best account that matched our needs She is a credit to the society! Very helpful Self Build

We were looking for a Self Build mortgage and approached several lenders who purported to offer this. Iinvariably after jumping through several hoops there was always an issue of one sort or another. Tried Ipswich / Suffolk and they were exteremly helpful and helped us secure our mortgage. The people we dealt with were always very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them.
