Convenient, local society

I have savings with Suffolk BS that I can access easily. Pleasant friendly and knowledgeable staff available for advice. Savings Interest rates not the highest, but reasonable. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

A local branch network with god products and friendly helpful staff to assist those of us in our 80s.

When we visited our local branch to consider whether to renew our saving accounts,in December 2022, orwithdrawer,because of low interest rates we were advised t o await the new 2023 improved savings offers eg 1 Fixed rate Bonds, and the Freehold ISAs. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

As new customers we have been delighted by the welcome and friendliness of the staff. They readily explain things we are unsure about. So good not to be expected to adopt online banking too. We prefer to do things the old ways! Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
