Outstanding service from Suffolk

Suffolk offered us a 15 year mortgage and we are both in retirement. We have good teachers pensions thank goodness. Communication.. written by post, emails, news leaflet, telephone is refreshingly clear. Suffolk is easy to speak to.. not hanging on the phone for ages or having to struggle with a chat bot. Their response time is a customer’s dream. Changing product at the end of its term can be daunting, especially for older customers. The system developed by Suffolk on both occasions was simple and easy to understand and with just one advice call the paperwork was completed before the deadline. It was easy to obtain a verbal redemption figure too. So… Communication outstanding: No waiting time on phone Postal and online written information is in plain English so easy to understand. It's good to support a local business which is friendly but businesslike.

Amazing experience

I am a new customer and made an appointment to open ISA investments for my wife and which including transfers from several other banks. They dealt with us in an efficient, friendly and jargon free manner and we were really put at ease and felt we were in very good hands. Professional, friendly and efficient systems

The very best, very local Building Society
